This is a 36 year old mother of two who presented to me very uncomfortable with her small breasts. She was looking to feel more feminine by adding a fuller appearance. She didn't want to go too large, so together she and Dr. Soueid decided that placing a 250cc saline implant filled to 280cc under her muscles would be perfect on her petite frame. She is very satisfied with her results.
