This is a 48 year old woman who presented to me interested in breast augmentation. She has two children and was interested in achieving the fullness she has always wanted. She chose a 350cc high profile gel implant for her left side, and a 40cc high profile gel implant for her right side in order to obtain ideal symmetry. She is very happy with her results.
