This is a 47 year old woman who presented to me interested in breast augmentation. She was seen in my Towson, Maryland office in consultation. She has two children, and wanted a natural looking augmentation. She chose 325cc moderate profile saline implants, filled to 345 bilaterally. They were placed submuscular, and she is very happy with her results.
