This is a 49 year old woman from Fork, Maryland who presented to me requesting breast augmentation. She has three children, and was looking to replace some of the volume lost after giving birth. She wanted a natural result, and chose 250cc moderate plus profile saline implants to be placed submuscularly. She is extremely satisfied with her results and care.
