This is a 52 year old mother of two who presented to me requesting breast augmentation. She wanted to add fullness to her breasts to create a more symmetrical appearance. She chose 250cc moderate plus profile saline implants filled to 275cc. These were placed under the muscle. She is very happy with her results.
