This is a 40 year old mother of two from Joppa, Maryland who presented to me interested in breast augmentation. She was looking to add fullness to her petite frame. She chose 290cc high profile saline implants which were filled to 350cc bilaterally. These were placed under the muscle, and she continues to be very happy with her results.
