This is a 35 year old women from Cockeysville, Maryland who presented to me requesting breast augmentation. She has two children and was looking to fill her empty breasts. She wanted a natural result, so she chose 250cc moderate plus profile saline implants which were filled to 280cc bilaterally. These were placed under the muscle. She is extremely satisfied with her results.
