Case:
This is a 29 year old mother of two who presented to me interested in breast augmentation. She felt that her breasts were deflated after having her two children, and wanted to add volume to them. She chose 300cc moderate plus profile saline implants, which were filled to 325cc on both sides. These were placed under the muscle, and she continues to be happy with her results.
