This is a 49 year old mother of three who came to me interested in a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. She has a set of twins, which left her with very thin, stretched skin that she couldn't get rid of on her own. She also had deflated breasts which she wished to add volume to. I performed a tummy tuck and breast augmentation with 225cc moderate plus profile saline implants. These were placed under her muscle. She is very happy with her results.
