This is a 25 year old mother of three from Pasadena, Maryland who presented to me interested in a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. Her pregnancies left her abdomen skin very stretched and thin, and her breasts were deflated. I performed a tummy tuck and breast augmentation for her. We chose 250cc moderate plus profile saline implants which were filled to 270cc on both sides. These were placed under the muscle. She is very happy with her results.
