For the Baltimore mommy makeover at Advanced Plastic Surgery, there is going to be three basic breast options for patients after pregnancy. If your breast did not sag or are minimally saggy we will likely recommend a breast augmentation with silicone breast implants or saline breast implants. If the breasts have sagged enough to require a lift then we will likely offer the option of a mommy makeover with breast lift. Those with larger breasts after pregnancy will likely be offered a mommy makeover with breast reduction. Our ultimate recommendation can only be made after a full consultation and physical examination of the areas of interest.
