Jane Iredale
Jane Iredale introduced her unique skin care makeup line in May of 1994. It was the first full makeup line on the market to offer not just color enhancement, but also benefits for the skin. The products are based on micronized minerals and are made without fillers and binders (such as talc and mineral oil) and without chemical dyes or preservatives. As a result, the Iredale products are carried by destination spas, salons and medical clinics throughout the world. The company has expanded the line to include products that keep it at the leading edge of the makeup world. It still remains true to its original concept of bringing women a makeup that enhances the health of the skin. From its base as the leading mineral cosmetic company in North America, Jane Iredale has expanded into many international markets, including the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, the Far East, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Latin America.
DiamondTome™ Microdermabrasion
DiamondTome™, a new technology in microdermabrasion, offers skin resurfacing that is non-invasive requires no “downtime.”
Instead of the traditional method of shooting aluminum oxide crystals onto the face, the technology uses a diamond-tipped wand to remove layers of dead skin cells and pore debris and gently stimulates skin circulation to encourage new cell growth. Sun damage, age spots, hyperpigmentation and acne are some of the conditions that benefit from DiamondTome™.
DiamondTome™ is not just for facial skin. It can also be used to treat the neck, chest, and hands, reducing brown spots and stimulating new cell growth.
DiamondTome™ is a “lunchtime” procedure. Some residual redness may occur; however, it dissipates rapidly. Makeup can be applied immediately after the procedure.
As a result of treatment, skin clarity and texture are improved, the appearance of fine lines and pores is minimized.
Most patients receive a monthly treatment for 4 to 5 months to achieve maximum improvement.
